Manifest 3 Wishes

Sit quietly in a room where you won’t be disturbed for about 10-15 minutes and play¬†this guided meditation video. Meditate along with it and Manifest 3 Wishes.

Things to remember when manifesting dreams:

1. Have as much clarity about your dream as you possibly can – see and feel as much detail about it as possible
2. Make sure it is something that you can actually be excited about – this is the feeling part of the clarity.
3. Leave your doubts and reality out of it! They will only shrink your dreams. (Note: If you have difficulty with this, please talk to me; I use a proven method of working with doubt so that it won’t disturb your dreams and goals.)
