Giovanna Mealer, CPPC

I’m Giovanna Mealer. I am a Certified Performance Coach. I am passionate about coaching people toward their dreams by using time-management strategies, organization, and exploration. Some of my personal values include living in excitement, fun, integrity, and having connectedness in my life.

I am a current member of Cambridge Who’s Who, and the San Diego Professional Coaches Alliance and also a former member of the Tucson Professional Coaches Alliance. I believe in a holistic approach to health and well-being, and use coaching, EFT and Reiki as catalysts. You are free to read more about my credentials & education if you like.

I am married and have two beautiful children. I love spending time with my family. And I’m passionate about creating fun and adventure wherever I am, even if the fun isn’t automatically built-in.

My desire to have a profound positive effect on others and have a lot of fun won the battle of my life and I am here today, living in each moment and savoring all of it. I have had many mentors along the way. I used EFT, Reiki and the Law of Attraction to help get me here and in the process became educated about how to use those effectively to help others. I have a network of coaches who help keep me on track with what I want to do.  I live moment by moment in joy, following my bliss.

And I want to help others create their own bliss and joy as they follow the adventure that’s burning in their hearts.
